A deliberate transition

Choose the platform you need, not the platform they think you want

The right decision depends on your ownership structure, workflows, stakeholder experience, and the support you will need after migration.

01

Understand your current records

We review your entities, share classes, stakeholders, securities, documents, and recurring ownership workflows.

02

Confirm platform fit

We determine whether Nth Round supports your requirements and identify anything that needs special handling before you commit.

03

Build a controlled transition

If there is a fit, our team establishes the data, document, reconciliation, and implementation plan with clear owners and milestones.

Where Nth Round stands apart

Built for ownership that has become operationally complex

Nth Round combines accurate ownership records with the workflows private companies use to serve shareholders and govern ownership over time.

  • ✓ Cap table and ownership records
  • ✓ Secure shareholder portal
  • ✓ Documents and communications
  • ✓ Reporting and audit history
  • ✓ Distributions, redemptions, voting, and signatures
  • ✓ Hands-on implementation and ongoing support
Is Nth Round right for you?

A stronger fit for established private companies

Nth Round may be worth evaluating if you have:

  • ✓ Multiple entities or share classes
  • ✓ A growing employee, family, or multigenerational shareholder base
  • ✓ Recurring distributions, transfers, redemptions, or buy/sell windows
  • ✓ Shareholder documents and communications spread across multiple systems
  • ✓ A need for more direct support than a self-service cap-table platform provides

If you primarily need a low-cost startup cap table bundled with 409A valuations, Nth Round may not be the right fit. We will tell you that early.

Common questions

Planning your next move

Do Pulley customers have to move to Carta?

No. Pulley has selected Carta as its transition partner, but its FAQ states that customers are free to select another cap table provider.

Can Nth Round migrate our Pulley data?

Nth Round will first review your available exports, ownership structure, documents, and required workflows. We will then define what can be imported, what needs reconciliation, and the appropriate implementation plan before making a commitment.

Is Nth Round designed for early-stage startups?

Nth Round is generally best suited to established private companies with meaningful shareholder administration, communication, reporting, or governance requirements.

Does Nth Round provide 409A valuations?

No. Nth Round does not perform 409A valuations, although introductions to valuation providers may be available.

How quickly can we determine whether there is a fit?

An initial 30-minute conversation should be enough to understand your immediate deadline, basic ownership structure, critical requirements, and whether a deeper migration review makes sense.

Before signing the default agreement, make sure it is the right long-term decision.
