JMH Capital Partners is an operationally-oriented private equity firm dedicated to nurturing companies with excellent growth potential, but lacking the resources to double or triple their size.

At JMH, we put a premium on open, honest, respectful, and collaborative partnerships. It’s core to our investment philosophy and it carries over into how we approach investor management.

Towards the end of 2021, we saw an opportunity to strengthen our engagement with investors as well as solidify our back office. We are a small team and I, individually, handle all investor communication, reporting, and tax distributions. Most of this is done manually; you can imagine how painstaking that can get during periods of heightened activity, such as quarter-end, let alone managing the day-to-day.

The Platform

Nth Round is highly configurable and gives us the ability to tailor the platform to showcase our corporate identity. We can feature what we want to feature with a professional look and feel, and it makes perfect sense the way the portal is laid out. All necessary information is organized and accessible for all stakeholders.

Every single person on our cap table is able to login and see the exact information they need. They can view and download cash flows and visualize returns in a layout easy to understand.

It is a super sophisticated platform for both us and our investors to have.
